The ZW32-12 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an outdoor distribution device with a rated voltage of 12kV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is mainly used for breaking and closing load currents, overload currents, and short-circuit currents in power systems, and is suitable for distribution control in substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and urban and rural power grids, especially for frequent operation scenarios. This product complies with technical standards GB1984-2003, DL/T 402-2007, and IEC60056, and supports remote monitoring and automation control. The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pillar-type fully enclosed structure, equipped with a spring energy storage operating mechanism, supporting manual, electric, and operation modes. The arc extinguishing chamber uses encapsulation technology to achieve moisture-proof and anti-condensation effects. It can be optionally configured with an intelligent controller, current transformer, and disconnector, integrating functions such as overcurrent protection and signal acquisition. The shell is made of stainless steel or anti-rust materials, and the insulating parts are made of epoxy resin and silicone rubber composite materials, adapting to environments with temperatures from -40℃ to +30℃ and altitudes below 2000 meters, with UV resistance, wind pressure resistance, and anti-pollution characteristics. According to user requirements, it can be matched with a corresponding controller to form an AC high-voltage automatic recloser and automatic sectionalizer, with a self-contained operating power supply, making it an ideal device for realizing distribution network automation. The high-voltage voltage transformer can be externally installed or integrated. The ZW32-12G circuit breaker and disconnector combination electrical appliance consists of two main parts: the ZW32 circuit breaker and the disconnector.

1. The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pillar-type structure, with characteristics such as stable and reliable breaking performance, no combustion and explosion risks, maintenance-free, small size, light weight, and long service life.

2. The circuit breaker adopts a fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which helps improve moisture-proof and anti-condensation performance, especially suitable for use in severe cold or humid areas.

3. The three-phase pillars and current transformers use imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or indoor epoxy resin wrapped with organic silicone rubber solid insulation; they have characteristics such as resistance to high and low temperatures, UV resistance, and aging resistance. 4. The operating mechanism adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, with a small energy storage motor power and low switching energy consumption; the mechanism transmission uses a real dynamic transmission method, with a small number of parts and high reliability. The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed mechanism box, which solves the problem of operating mechanism corrosion and improves the reliability of the mechanism.

5. The switching operations of the circuit breaker can be manual, electric, or remote. It can be matched with an intelligent controller to realize distribution automation, and can also be matched with a recloser controller to form an automatic recloser and sectionalizer. 6. The circuit breaker can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformers for overcurrent or short-circuit protection, and can also provide current acquisition signals for the intelligent controller; according to user requirements, current transformers for metering can be additionally installed. 7. The circuit breaker can be externally equipped with a three-phase linkage disconnector, which has a clearly visible break when the disconnector is in the open state, and is equipped with an anti-misoperation interlock device with the circuit breaker body, so that the circuit breaker can only be operated when the disconnector is fully closed or fully open. It can be connected with a lightning arrester and a pillar insulator, making maintenance convenient.
